Call our offiice to Schedule an Appointment. Simply bring your filled out Request for Live Scan Service Form and
Valid Identification to our office the day of your appointment. If you like to expedite your visit, you may Enroll Online prior to scheduling your appointment.
How it Works
(In California)

Get Your Request for Live Scan Service Form
Obtain the correct form from your employer or requesting agency. This form is required for all in-state fingerprinting.

What to Bring: Printed form (filled out) and Valid Identification.
Online: Enroll in advance and receive a token that allows for faster processing - your data will be pre-filled for the operator on the day of your appointment.

Fingerprinting Process
Our certified operator will scan your fingerprints electronically and submit them directly to the DOJ and/or FBI.

Receive your ATI Number
After submission, you'll receive an ATI (Applicant Tracking Identifier), which you can use to check the status of your background check online.
